COMPETION RULES
ARTICLE 1 - ORGANIZING COMPANY: The present competitions are organized by the company Wolf Studio, located at "rue Soubise, 79270, Frontenay Rohan-Rohan", registered under the number 900597410.
ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: The 3 competitions are open to anyone over the age of 18, residing within the European Union, with an active Instagram account and complying with the conditions of entry set out below. To enter the contest, participants must:
- Follow the Instagram account @wolf_studio_tails
- Like the post dedicated to the contest in question and share it in their story
- Mention 1 friend in comments
Each participant may participate only once on each Instagram post.
ARTICLE 3 - PRIZES: The prizes up for grabs for these contests are
Post 1: Tail "Kitten Tail" model worth : 66 €.
Post 2 : Tail "Littel pup Tail" model worth : 48 €
Post 3 : Tail Model "Tail WLF" worth : 160 €
ARTICLE 4 - TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
Post 1 : The contest will run from April 27, 2023 to May 10, 2023 at 00:00. The winner will be announced on May 11 and contacted by private message.
Post 2 : The contest will run from April 27, 2023 to May 20, 2023 at 00:00. The winner will be announced on May 21 and contacted by private message.
Post 3 : The contest will run from April 27, 2023 to May 30, 2023 at 00:00. The winner will be announced on May 31 and contacted by private message.
ARTICLE 5 - WINNER IDENTIFICATION The winner will be selected by random draw from among the participants who meet all the conditions of participation. The draw will take place on the dates set out in article 4.
ARTICLE 6 - DELIVERY OF THE LOT The lot will be delivered to the winner by post as soon as possible after the announcement of its designation.
ARTICLE 7 - PERSONAL DATA The information collected from participants is necessary for participation in the contest. It is processed for the purpose of managing the competition and awarding the prize. Participants' personal data will not be used for any other purpose and will be kept for a limited time. Participants may exercise their right to access, rectify and delete data concerning them by contacting the organizing company.
ARTICLE 8 - RESPONSIBILITY The organizing company cannot be held responsible in the event of a malfunction of the Internet or social networks preventing participants from taking part.
ARTICLE 9 - ACCEPTANCE OF RULES Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of these rules.
