Acceptance of terms :
Product availability : We strive to maintain up-to-date availability of all our products, but occasional errors may occur in the availability of furs and other components.
Prices and payment: Prices are subject to change without notice.
Delivery: Delivery costs vary according to the destination and weight of the order.
RETURN POLICY :
Return time :
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
Return conditions : Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, inaccurate product compared to the initial order, or for a paid order option that has not been honored by "Wolf Studio".
Return Procedure : To return a product or order option that has not been honored, please contact us at "email@example.com" to obtain a return authorization and return instructions.
Product condition : Products must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Refunds : Refunds will be made within 7 to 10 working days of receipt of the returned product and its validation. Delivery charges will not be refunded, returns are the responsibility of the buyer. paid order options that have not been honored by "Wolf Studio" may be eligible for a refund.
Return abuse : We reserve the right to refuse abusive returns and to charge any additional costs associated with such abuse.
Warranty period : We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects, or products that are inaccurate in relation to the original order, 30 days after receipt of your order,
Warranty procedure : To make a warranty claim, please contact us at "firstname.lastname@example.org" for warranty authorization and return instructions.
Warranty shipping costs : The customer is responsible for shipping the product under warranty.
Abusive warranty claims : We reserve the right to refuse abusive warranty claims and to charge any additional costs incurred.
DELIVERY POLICY :
Manufacturing lead time : We undertake to manufacture your order within a maximum of 60 days after validation, only for products requiring a manufacturing lead time, if the product is available immediately it is given to the delivery service within 48 hours after validation, if your order is on quotation via our customized products the lead time is 90 days on average.
Scope of delivery : At the moment we deliver exclusively to the following countries:
- United States
- United Kingdom
Warning : If you choose delivery to a relay point, the relay will only be selected after payment, on the order confirmation page. Please be careful and wait for the page to be displayed. If you have any problems with relay point delivery, please contact us at: email@example.com
Delivery information : You must specify the correct delivery address or your order will not be delivered. Delivery does not generally require a signature, although this may vary depending on the country of delivery. You will need to be present for large packages. You will be informed of your delivery and will have access to a tracking link (provided by the carrier).
Complaints : All problems encountered during transport do not directly concern WOLF SHOP / WOLF STUDIO. You must make a complaint to the carrier concerned.

Delivery charges : Delivery charges vary according to destination and order weight. PLEASE NOTE: depending on your delivery zone, additional charges may apply that are not managed by WOLF STUDIO / WOLF SHOP, such as customs duties and local taxes specific to your zone.
We do not take charge of taxes at the entrance to your delivery zone.
Delivery tracking : We will provide you with a tracking number to track your delivery online.
Delivery times : Delivery times vary according to destination and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions and customs.
Responsibility : We are responsible for packaging your order until it is handed over to the carrier. Once handed over, responsibility passes to the delivery service.
Delivery methods : We offer two delivery methods:
- Home delivery : exclusively for certain countries
- Relay Point : only for certain countries
"POLITMADE-TO-MEASURE TAIL" POLICY:
Delivery time: The average delivery time for custom-made Tails is 90 days from the date the quotation is signed. This time may vary depending on the complexity of the project and the current demand. We will do our utmost to meet this deadline and keep you informed of any delays.
Signing the quotation: The process of ordering a custom-made Tail begins with the sending of a form, which can be found "HERE", followed by the creation of a quotation. Once the quotation has been drawn up in agreement with the customer, the latter must sign it to confirm the order.
Payment : Payment for the Custom Tail is made exclusively via our website www.wolfstudio-shop.fr, using the secure payment methods provided. Full payment is required after the quotation has been signed and before the product is manufactured.
ORDER OPTIONS POLICY:
Wolf Express option (30-day delivery) :
Delivery time : The Wolf Express option reduces the delivery time of your order to 30 days instead of the standard 60 days. Please note that this option is subject to availability, depending on our workshop's workload at the time of ordering.
Price : An additional cost of €30 will be added to your order for the Wolf Express option (1 wolf express option per product).
Availability : The Wolf Express option may not be available for all orders due to demand and our workshop's workload.
Order cancellation : In the event of order cancellation prior to quotation signature, no charges will be levied. After the quotation has been signed, no refund or cancellation of the order is possible. In the event of manufacturing impossibility or any other problem linked to the company's production, you will be reimbursed for the product or services not supplied.
Personalization : Customers can personalize every aspect of their Tail, including colors, patterns, accessories and more. These choices are defined in detail on the form and will be explicitly noted in the quotation.
Customer communication : We will communicate regularly with the customer throughout the ordering process via the contact details transmitted in the form to discuss details, provide updates on the progress of the project and answer any questions.
Custom Tails : Due to the personalized nature of Custom Tails, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of a genuine manufacturing defect or error. If you find a defect or error, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to discuss the next steps.
Cancellation after manufacture : Once the quotation has been signed and manufacture of the custom-made Tail has begun, any cancellation will not entitle the customer to a refund or modification of the order.
Repair Care Kit option :
Description: The Care Kit option is designed to allow our customers to send their Wolf Studio products to us for repair in the event of damage, tears or other minor problems.
How to use: Customers can purchase the Repair Care Kit from our website and fill in the associated form to send the product to the Wolf Studio workshop for repair.
Minor Repair: The Care Kit is intended for the repair of minor problems such as loose seams, small snags or accessory fastenings.
Repair Fee: The repair fee for products returned to the workshop is €70, payable only on our website www.wolfstudio-shop.fr via the "Care Kit" option.
Deadline: We undertake to restore your Wolf Studio product as quickly as possible, i.e. within 30 days of receipt in our workshop.
By opting for the "Care Kit" for repair at Wolf Studio or the "Wolf Express" option to reduce delivery times, you also accept the terms of this policy. Our aim is to ensure the longevity and satisfaction of our products, by offering our customers a convenient solution for minor repairs.
