We strive to manufacture and ship your faux fur Tail within 60 days of order validation and 90 days on average for the tail made to measure creations.

Wolf Studio's Care Kit Option is a service that allows you to send your Tail back to us for repairs if it's damaged, torn or in need of repair.
CAN I CANCEL MY "TAIL MADE TO MEASURE" ORDER? ?
No, once the quote and payment have been made, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order.
WHAT COLOR PALETTE IS AVAILABLE FOR MY "MADE-TO-MEASURE TAIL"? ?
We offer a palette of over 100 vibrant colors from which you can choose to bring your creation to life. The colors are listed on our " Tail made to measure " page so you can easily make your selections.
HOW THE "CARE KIT" OPTION WORKS ?
When you choose the "Care Kit" option when placing your order, you fill in a form on the "Care Kit" product sheet, which will give you the shipping address for returning your Tail to the Wolf Studio workshop. If your Tail requires repair, simply follow the instructions on the form, pack and ship your Tail safely to the post office or to a delivery service of your choice. Once we have received your Tail, our team of experts will carry out the necessary repairs and return it to you approximately 30 days after receipt in our workshop.
WHICH REPAIRS ARE COVERED BY THE "CARE KIT" OPTION ?
The Care Kit Option covers a range of repairs, including loose seams, small snags, accessory fastenings and other minor problems. More extensive repairs can also be carried out, but additional charges may apply if this is the case you will be informed whether or not to proceed with the repairs.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR REPAIRS TO BE COMPLETED?
The time required for repairs depends on the nature of the damage. Our team will endeavour to process your Tail as quickly as possible, i.e. within 30 days of receipt in the workshop. We will keep you informed of the time taken once we have received your Tail.
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR THE "CARE KIT" OPTION? ?
The Care Kit Option is available for a fee of €70 when you place your order.
HOW CAN I ADD THE "CARE KIT" OPTION TO MY ORDER? ?
You can select the Repair Care Kit option when you place your order on our website. It is available as an option to be added to the shopping cart in the "Order Options" section.

To order a Custom Tail, simply fill in our online order form in the "Tail made to measure" section of our website. We'll then send you a personalized quote so you can finalize your order.
