HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE MY PRODUCTS ?
We endeavour to manufacture and dispatch your fake fur products within a maximum of 60 days after validation of the order and 120 days on average for ‘Draw your Tail, Paws and Feet Paws’ creations.
ARE THE PRODUCTS SUSTAINABLE ?
Yes, all our Tails, Paws and Feet Paws are made from the highest quality materials to guarantee their durability over time and their realistic appearance. We carefully select each material to bring you a finished product of unrivalled quality.

WHAT IS THE "WOLF EXPRESS" OPTION? ?
The "Wolf Express" is an ordering option that allows you to receive your Wolf Studio product in 30 days instead of the 60 days usually required for manufacture, the option is not available for ‘Draw your Tail, Paws & Feet Paws’ creations which are made to order.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON ORDERING WITH THE "WOLF EXPRESS" OPTION??

WHAT IS THE WOLF STUDIO "CARE KIT" OPTION? ?
Wolf Studio's "Care Kit" option is a service that allows you to send your Tails, Paws and Feet Paws back to us for repairs if they have been damaged, torn or need repair.

No, once the quote and payment have been made, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order.
WHAT COLOURS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE ‘DRAW YOUR TAIL’ OR ‘DRAW YOUR PAWS & FEET PAWS’ PRODUCTS ?
We offer a palette of over 100 vibrant fur colours from which you can choose "REF" to bring your creation to life. The colours are listed on our ‘DRAW YOUR TAIL’ page for our Tails and for our Paws and Feet Paws on our ‘DRAW YOUR PAWS & FEET PAWS’ page so you can make your selections easily.
HOW THE "CARE KIT" OPTION WORKS ?
When you choose the "Care Kit" When you place your order, you fill in a form on the ‘Care Kit’ product sheet which will give you the delivery address to send your product back to the Wolf Studio workshop. If your Tails, Paws or Feet Paws need repairing, simply follow the instructions on the form, pack and send your product safely to the post office or to a delivery service of your choice. Once we have received your product, our team of experts will carry out the necessary repairs and return it to you approximately 30 days after receipt in our workshop.
WHICH REPAIRS ARE COVERED BY THE "CARE KIT" OPTION ?
The Care Kit Option covers a range of repairs, including loose seams, small snags, accessory fastenings and other minor problems. More extensive repairs can also be carried out, but additional charges may apply if this is the case you will be informed whether or not to proceed with the repairs.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR REPAIRS TO BE COMPLETED ?
The time required to carry out repairs depends on the nature of the damage. Our team will endeavour to process your product as quickly as possible, i.e. approximately 45 days after receipt in the workshop. We will keep you informed of the re-shipment time once we have received your product in the workshop.
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR THE "CARE KIT" OPTION? ?
The Care Kit Option is available for a fee of €70 when you place your order.
HOW CAN I ADD THE "CARE KIT" OPTION TO MY ORDER? ?
You can select the Repair Care Kit option when you place your order on our website. It is available as an option to be added to the shopping cart in the "Order Options" section.

IS THERE A DIFFERENCE IN PRICING IF I BUY A PACK DIRECTLY OR INDIVIDUALLY?
Yes, adding a pack directly to your basket and customising it will cost you less than buying each model individually. At Wolf Studio we want to ensure that our prices are adapted to your needs without neglecting quality.
HOW TO CUSTOMISE PAWS AND FEET PAWS ?
As with our Tails, you simply need to go to the product sheet, consult the colour placement scheme (Colour 1, Colour 2...) and consult the ‘colour index’ and ‘component index’ to get an idea of how the finished product will look. You can then finalise your personalisation by selecting them directly on the product sheet and adding them to the basket. If you have any questions, please contact us.
HOW TO CUSTOMISE A PACK ?
We offer 3 types of packs, Pack : "PAWS + FEET PAWS + TAILS" Pack : "PAWS + FEET PAWS" Pack : "PAWS + TAIL" choose the one that suits you, then you must customise each product in the product sheet by following the construction diagrams and selecting ‘REF’ in our ‘colour index’ and ‘components index’ before adding the pack to the basket and confirming the order.
ARE THE PRODUCT PHOTOS ON YOUR SITE CONTRACTUAL ?
As our products are entirely handmade using materials such as synthetic fur, there may be variations in the final appearance depending on the furs used, due to differences in their composition. Consequently, the photos presented on our site serve as a visual reference, but they may sometimes not correspond exactly to the final product you receive - we estimate a visual difference between the photos and the actual product of around 5% maximum. However, please be assured that we do our utmost to ensure that each creation meets our quality standards and best reflects the specific characteristics you selected when placing your order..
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE USING ARTISANAL METHODS ?
Yes, at Wolf Studio we're proud to create almost all our products entirely by hand in our own workshop. Each piece is meticulously crafted by the passion of our little Wolf boys, ensuring exceptional quality and unrivalled attention to detail. This artisanal approach also allows us to customise each creation to our customers' unique specifications and preferences, ensuring end products that perfectly meet their expectations.

WHAT IS BAV ?
The BAV is a personalised visual in the form of a diagram that we provide for each customised order placed with Wolf Studio. This visual contains all the references you configured when you placed your order.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BAV ?
You will receive your BAV by e-mail within 72 hours of placing your order.
WHY AM I RECEIVING A BAV ?
The BAV allows you to view your order and check all configurations and references before production begins. This gives you the opportunity to correct any errors.
WHAT SHOULD I DO AFTER RECEIVING MY BAV ?
Once you have received your BAV, you should check it carefully. If you notice an error or a change to be made, you have 48 hours to inform us.
HOW CAN I REPORT AN ERROR IN MY BAV ?
You can inform us of any errors or necessary changes by replying directly to the e-mail containing your BAV. Be sure to do this within 48 hours of receipt.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T REPLY WITHIN 48 HOURS ?
If we do not receive any corrections or modifications from you within 48 hours, we will consider the BAV to be approved and we will start production of your order according to the specifications indicated.
CAN I REQUEST CHANGES AFTER APPROVING THE BAV ?
Once the BAV has been approved and production has started, it will no longer be possible to make changes. So make sure you check all the information carefully before approving the BAV.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER RECEIVING THE BAV ?
It is not possible to cancel an order after payment and receipt of the BAV.
